It's been awhile since I last posted something. Well, to briefly sum up everything that has happened.

School: After all that heavy pressure and stress, rushing here and there, everything's just over. It's like so fast thinking about it. And ya, the exam, tests and FYP presentation was a total flop. Totally screwed. I really really don't wanna retain my final semester. Want to move on with the education ladder, hopefully.

Band: No longer involved in any for now. Kinda missing it badly though. It's like 12 years of passion and committment suddenly put to a stop. It feels weird. Kinda tempted to participate and continue again but there are other committments now and I guess, they preceed priority.

Birthday: It wasn't a big party this year. No, I'm not complaining but I'm satisfied. Started off with a friend's farewell chalet and stayed the night there. Went home, showered and had a change of clothes, and went out for shopping. Met a couple of friends for dinner at SwissĂ´tel Merchant. Yes, the durian pudding hasn't failed me yet. That was the dish I enjoyed the most. Georgously splendid. Went clubbing for a bit because it was my friend's last time around in Singapore before he's back in another 3 years time. I practically just sat there because I was too tired to move. But well, it was probably one of the times where I have enjoyed myself. The Kingdom feels a lot more bonded now. And gifts! Got a new phone, wallet, body spray and book voucher. Immensely satisfied.

CNY: Fortunately, there was a long weekend this year. Did lots of visiting and as usual, tried to draw up a family tree mentally. But still somewhere along the line, everyone gets lost. Quite fun though, having to see people you haven't seen for ages and listen to the elderly converse in their languages. Funny thing though, I felt quite lethargic this year. And I had my first accident on the first day. What a big bang to the new year. Nonetheless, damage is done and repair has been fixed.

Books: Since new year's eve, I bought 3 books from Kinokuniya. All by Matthew Reily. His books have captured my attention, second to JK Rowling. Or perhaps it was the contents and genre he was writing on. If you love thrillers and have an interest in Mythical stuffs and Thrillers, you might want to read his works: Temple, Seven Ancient Wonders, The Six Sacred Stones (I believe there'll be a second part to this).

On the future: So what lies ahead? I haven't really much of a clue. Kinda vauge now. But for the near future, I'll most probably be working, spending time with friends and loved ones before I enter NS, await enlistment (hope I don't get called before June), go for my Bangkok trip (yes, I'm an add-on passenger for a trip on 8-11 May). Have applied for local universities. Hope I can get it, otherwise I gotta start sourcing for overseas university which may cost quite sum of money. Hopefully, I won't be touching on that option.

Shoutout: To Chua Ah Tor and Chew Ah Tor - You know who you are. Tag me if you read this. Heh.

Another chapter of my life has just drawn to a close. A new chapter unravels, which no one knows what lies ahead. Yet again, many a times, we revisit past chapters and stay there, thinking about it so much, we get so immersed till we forget to return to the present. If only awful chapters like these could be torn away but no, it can never be done, because it's a chapter of the book of my life...
