Kudos to hydroponics.

I was just blog hopping around and I realised that a friend has flew off to London. For a school trip or holiday, I don't know. Whether my friend is back in Singapore, it's uncertain. Silently vanished away without a sound.

Somehow, a feeling of sadness just overwhelms me. Things aren't just the same anymore. The closeness we shared, the fun times we had over the past 4 years in secondary school has just been forgotten. Best friends, who are neighbours, and still is, are not close in contact anymore. The different lives we lead, the lengthy schedules we have each day for everything else but the close people whom we once shared a classroom with. Is life really too busy and too difficult for us, just to set time aside, say an hour or two, just to sit down, have a chat over coffee?

Ser had a bout of emotional upset not too long ago. Friends in her poly life just aren't quite the same as it was for her back during our fun-tastic days. Upon reading her email, I just feel she shouldn't be going through whatever she is right now. (See! We're in the same poly yet we've to resort to emails. Phone calls and smses just seem so so far away!)

Gone are the days we had each other for company. Gone are the days where we could confide in each other without fear. Hello to the world where we live with a mask attached to our face, never to be removed ever.

To my gal pals Alvina, Dionne, Jessica, Karen, Serene, Nicole, Xin Rong, Yan Han: Though you guys might not be reading this, but, I do hope there'll be a day where we could once again meet up, just to catch up on old times. Take care, my friends...


It's never too late to cherish what you once thought was lost.

Final Year Project (FYP) titles are out! All of them look so foreign to me. It's like.. The things we are required to do are way way way way way beyond what we learn. I'm anxious yet nervous about it. And it's gonna be a tough competition to fight for those interesting topics.

Ever wondered what's the best thing that could happen to you after work?

Well, for me, today I believe is one of the 'best'.

Having worked till till 11, and having lesson at 8 later, I was at the bus stop, waiting for my bus home. Here comes the bus, but it's full. Almost.

There goes my chance of grabbing a seat back. Bo bian. Got to stand right? And so, there I was feeling sleepy. There goes the many people on the bus yakking and yakking. When suddenly, I just felt wide awake. Thanks to a certain fragrance.

Odour might be more suited for it. Or maybe essence. Essence of ARMPIT. Wafting in from all directions. Now, whoever can feel sleepy in this kind of conditions, I take my hat off to you. =S

In a blink of an eye, Rondeau XXI is over. Those preparation of 2 months were paid off. We did great, people. Great effort, great job.

Many things to say, many people to thank. But well, the list can go on. As long as you know you've played a part to make Rondeau XXI a success, you have my thanks.
