I'm tired

In a few hours, there goes the end of my 2 weeks break. I wouldn't really consider it a break because I didn't have a break at all. My day is more or less rather hectic. Don't even have time for myself.

I'm just so so so tired. Tired of everything. There are many things where I just wish to give up. The stress, the pressure, it's all too overwhelming. My long time passion is there but at times I do totally wish to let go of it. But I know I won't be able to because that's simply my passion. The controversial issues of life. Sigh...

All I wanna do right now is to take a short break from LIFE.

Screw the organ exam

SCREW the exam.

SCREW the organ I was using.

SCREW the teacher. She didn't prepare me for 2 components of the exams. And I did horribly for those segments.

When I first entered the examination studio, I was asked to play scales. Ab Major scale. Followed by B Major scale. Then, F# melodic minor scale. And lastly, G melodic minor scale. What was most horrid is... A particular key was stuck. And this note occurs in all the scales. It's that bloody Bb key! Caused me to lose my finger placings and screwing up all the scales I played. Funny thing is, after the major/minor scales, the key was ok. Next was chromatic scales. Well, there were the minor in 3rds, hands together and minor in 6ths, hands together. What the teacher didn't prepare was minor in 3rds, hands seperate! And it was hell for me la. Got my fingers twisting with one another. Grr.

Did horribly for my pieces, my sight reading and my initiative test. And there was a freaking sight transposition to do! And my teacher say it won't be tested. ARGH.

All I hope, is to just obtain a pass, with a bit of luck.

Organ exam..

URGH! My organ exam will be in 10.5 hours time. Not feeling nervous yet. But, I know I'm definitely not going to do well. My fingers will somehow get jammed. =/

Holidays are here. But they ain't much of a holiday. Got CCTA project to do. And a lot of work to be done just to write for some dumb funding proposal for monoclonal antibodies. What a waste of time. SHEESH!

SCREW THE COMMON TESTS!

Common tests are over.

ACMB and INST were ok.

CCTA was more application questions. Nothing much from the lecture notes.

ABC! ABC!!!! ARGH! The killer paper. ABC, isn't, well, as easy as abc after all. Not enough time to complete. 10 marks lost for the Eadie Hostiff graph. 20 marks gone for the calculation for pI of polypeptides. 25 marks gone for the spectrophotometric assay. 1 mark gone for an MCQ not done. What have I left? A failed paper. There goes 20% of my overall marks and my chance of getting a B ruined.
