Spoilt earpiece
I slept late last night. All thanks to desperate housewives which ended at 2 AM. Hehe. Couldn't wake up this morning. Went to sch for only 2 hours. Did some stupid Survivor Quest and den went home. Went back to my sec sch band in the afternoon. I wonder what happened to my horny juniors.. To my horny juniors: Please buck up ok?!
And now I'm listening to music. And my mp3 earpiece is spoilt. Sigh. No earpiece. Gotta go get one otherwise I won't be able to use my mp3 player le..

What a draggy day
Woke up in the morning and it was raining heavily. My dad sent me and my sis to school and we were caught in a blasted traffic jam that lasted about 45 minutes. Coz a tree fell over the 3 lanes of a road and no traffic could pass through then traffic had to be diverted. And it just caused a huge jam early in the morning during the peak hour.
Went to school and had 4 hours of lecture. As usual, 4 hours lecture = catching up on sleep. Indeed I did catch some shut eye. Though not very long. After lunch, went to collect my OBC exam paper. Glad that I passed. Though not very well. Sigh. It'll affect my final grades. Looks like my hope of getting a B is dashed.
Had INFO lesson and showed Mr Phang our stuffs. Sort of satisfied with our work. He said he want to use our schedule as the benchmark. Waahaa...
After that, I went for a haircut. I didn't know Qing Xiang goes to Collinn too. Haha.. Small world. Having a presentation tomorrow and I'm having a migraine now. Sigh. I guess I'm falling sick again.

Creativity Presentation
Finally.. One presentation over. It's a great load off my back. Felt the presentation was pretty kiddish. But who cares. Get it over and done with. Carried the huge cardboard with eyes staring at me. BAH! Who cares..
Sigh. I hate the INFO project. So many stuffs to fill in but so little information given. Thanks a lot for helping me Leen. It really brought enlightenment to me. Gonna present that in about 2 weeks time. And I think my IS Assignment 3 is due next week. So little time, so many things to do....
Gonna get a haircut either tomorrow or wednesday. It's getting long and itchy. And a pain to style them.
I need sleep. Can someone spare me their's?

Sentosa
What a day. Went to the beach with Leen, Peee, Mother Lee and my sis. I expected a tan at the beach but... It was cloudy or rainy. No sun at all. Booo... That means no tan. And that's thanks to Mother Lee's good friend, Mother Nature. Lol. Did went for a dip in the sea though. And Peee got tanned real fast. I wish I had the 'things' in her skin. I need a tan badly. I'm so fair, I'm almost transparent! After the dip, came out, took a bathe, went to the viewing gallery at the underwater world and left the island for town. Had dinner at PS then went to Esplanade to see fireworks.
The fireworks this year is damn awesome. They're soo pretty. It's damn nice. You all should catch it live. The sight is spectecular. They've some new designs this year. And after seeing 3 rounds of it, we went to Marina Square's Starbucks to have a drink. Shintya and Wei Han came to join us. Chat abit then went to meet Amanda and her sis Vanessa. Sat by the steps of the Merlion @ Merlion Park and bitched and crapped abit. Laugh until pengz lor. Buay tahan. Took lots of photos with the group and as usual, with my HORNy members. Too bad it was getting late, otherwise I bet we'll be spending the whole nite crapping. Lol.
Will be uploading the pix later. This will be the first batch. Waiting for another batch from Peee.

Sua Ku goes to: Queensway Shopping Centre
Hm.. Today went to school to discuss my Cell Bio Creativity Presentation with Audrey mei mei and Noel. Was late. But Noel was latest. By at least an hour. Hehe... Had to drag Audrey along with me for lunch coz I absolutely didn't have my lunch before meeting her. Then went back to the library, walked around and finally Noel came. Discussed abit then went to meet my friend. Haha... He brought me to Queensway Shopping Centre. Hence my title, Sua Ku goes to Queensway Shopping Centre. Nvr been there before. Heard they've got pretty cheap clothes and shoes and stuffs. Nothing nice really. I prefer shopping in town. More things to see and definitely where the crowd is. After that, went IKEA walk walk abit then went home to sleep. Darn tired. Almost missed my stop on the train. Coz I couldn't wake up. Haha. And no one was there to wake me up either.
As you can see, I've added a little addition in my blog, under my tag. Better remind myselfs of the projects I have on hand. I do tend to forget. Forgetful me. Typically me. And tmr is a Beach Day for me. I do hope to get my tan! Which I know will not stay coz I'm just fated to be fair. Oh well. Let's see what the sun can do for me.

Organic & Biological Chemistry
I hereby officially declare that I'll be failing this paper! This paper is like damn tough. Been skipping my MCQs like nobody's business. Couldn't recall all the reactions. I expected lots of naming of compounds and lots of drawing of compounds.. But NOOOOOO. It was like only just a handful. How pathetic. And there was this segment whereby we had to use our own knowledge to answer it. Mdm Teh didn't teach us. And it's like damn screwed up. Nobody knew how to do. One of my friends wrote the answer like that:" Why not you ask Ms Teh?" Whoa... What a response. The marker will probably have a hearty laugh or he/she will just be pissed off. Anyway, let's hope they'll be moderating this paper.

Cell Bio Exam
Yay... One exam is over.. Final paper tomorrow... I'm confident that I'll at least pass this paper. And fail the one tomorrow. So many reactions and equation to memorize. Sure gone de. The only thing I know how to do is how to draw the structures and how to name the compounds. Anything other than that is a big no no.
Again, I slept through my whole afternoon, with great thanks to my medicine. Felt very dizzy in school. Sianx.. Don't tell me I must finish the whole course of medication. One of it is making my throat particulary parched dry. I wonder why.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
Ah...~ Finally I read finish my lastest collection of Harry Potter. Sigh. What a miserable ending. Really didn't expect the huge twist in the book. I wonder what happens next... Spent about 9 hours, from 15.15- 00.15, reading the book. Inclusive of having meals, drinking water, going to the toilet, watching abit of tv here and there and seeing the doctor.
Yes.. Seeing the doctor. I'm officially sick. Having a fever now. Doc says it's due to some viral infection. And the pain in my eye he says it's due to sinus that'll sometimes makes the eye congested. Whoa~
Hm.. Gotta go catch on my rest now.. Wanna wake up early for the CBIO online discussion... Exams on Tuesday. And nothing can be absorbed. Sigh..

I think I'm gonna be sick
What a boring saturday. There's like nothing to do except study. And the weather just makes everyone feel so lazy. Felt like sleeping throughout the whole day.
Managed to do some revision at night. But, wasn't really feeling too well. Experiencing those symptoms that I feel when I'm running a fever. Really dun feel well. Feel like puking. Feel like sleeping. Typical signs that you're falling ill.
Just now, my mom said I'm a little feverish. Sigh. Hope I'll be alright tmr. It's really the wrong time to be falling ill. Not when exams are next week.
And I need my dosage of Harry Potter. I'm missing it. Thought I can tahan not reading it till after my common test. But guess I'll die not reading it before wednesday. I've gotta get my hands on the book tomorrow. By hook or by crook.

There's smthing in my throat..
OOooh... I feel that I'm such a bad boy.. It's study break. Meant to be studying.. But I went out for a movie.. Haha... Went to catch Fantastic 4... Wasn't too bad. Juz that the ending was rather lame. Reminded me of Power Rangers whereby they always have to combine their powers just to rid of the evil monster. Lame huh... And as usual, they always leave you in suspense and the evil guy will sure come back again. Pretty lame and predictable right? Oh well.. A show is a show.. Bleargh.. Was raining pretty heavily after that. Had abit of a trouble going home.
Was watching this show on Channel U juz now.. It about actor/actresses working as ordinary pple.. And today featured Ben Yeo [ i think.. don't really know his name] as a karang guni.. Haha.. And guess what... My mum said i looked like him... O_O As if there aren't enough people saying I look like someone else.. Haha.. People still got say I look like Danny[ a senior from sch of Biz] and one of the contestants from Superstar... Wierd huh... Haha...
Oh... And throughout the whole day, I've got smthing stuck in my throat. I've had it before. And I don't know what the hell it is. Last time, when I puked it out, it was white in colour and I've no idea what it is... And today, I can't get it to come out. It's pretty irritating. ARGH!

Rotten night
Bleargh.. Today went to school for project meeting. Then went to BPP to pass Melinda score and $$... While walking around BPP, saw Shiying... Went inside Popular, saw Jayne. And she was like so shocked and suprised to see us there. Went to the basement and saw Hafizah (yes, the siao zar bor), Teng Yong and Hui Min. Fizah practically shrieked and jumped and ran towards me... Haha.. Wasn't expecting that reaction. Both Hui Min and Teng Yong had a new hairstyle. Haha... Haven't been seeing them in ages....
Went home, went for music class and parked my butt in front of the com. Wanna go bathe that time, hit my right toes against the table leg. Damn freaking pain. And it still hurts now. Fu Sing High School Exchange
Monday
Today was the day we had the exchange with the band from Fu Sing High School, Taiwan. Met Melinda and Beatrice for breakfast. Then went to school.. Searched for scores for the sight reading part later... Quite a busy morning... Then.. They came and we brought them for a tour... After that, we had the sight reading part of the tour. Mr Tan spent most of the time talking about warm ups and tuning.. Which I felt was not really necessary considering the fact that we had very little time. And upon seeing that they had phantom of the opera, he wanted to play that.. Bo bian.. After awhile... It was time to exchange. The Taiwanese conductor came down to take us... Wow. It was really different to be under a foreign conductor. He was much stricter. More picky on the intonation, the interpretation of the pieces. Want feelings to be placed into the playing. And very strict. Us horn[Fa4 Guo2 Hao4] pple were kinda shocked during one part when he scolded us for playing rubbish. I didn't know whether to laugh or to keep a straight face. And there's one boy, called Chris and he's 13. He's like darn super cute. He's damn adorable... He looks like he's mixed blood and got that super blur, super innocent face. Cannot stand him man. Even when Mr Tan is talking, he can fall aslp. Poor boy. And he was resting his arm on his horn, supporting his head when suddenly his hand gave way. He awoke with a shock. Damn funny I tell you. Amanda loves him too. Don't you Amanda? HAha... Buay tahan him man... After the practice, we had a short reception and group photo taking. Then, went back to clear and pack up. Kept all the scores back in the library. Felt very very disorientated. Couldn't think properly. Went to Great World City and walk walk.. Then went home. Went online to discuss if we should go down and send the Taiwanese or not and how to get to the airport before 7... In the end, we decided. Managed to catch some shuteye at 1.30.
Tuesday
Woke up at 4.30, had a bath, drank smthing, left the house at about 5.10. Walked to the LRT station, met Melinda and travelled down to Changi. Got there just in time... They were just about ready to leave. Managed to take a picture with Chris. In his super blur state. Peee was like tapping his shoulder so many times. When finally he turned around and looked at her and asked:" She me shi?" Haha.. Can't stand him. I also took another pic with another horn gal who looked like she was super strict and super fierce. But in fact, very nice girl. Her name's Yu Jin.. Then they left... Went through the gates, to the plane. We went to the viewing gallery to watch planes and talk bout the past few days... Hehe.. After watching their plane depart, we left for breakfast at BK. Then travelled home. And had a super long long nap. From 11 to 3.30. Woke up.. Had smthing den start doing project research. Sux man. Exams are just next wk. And the days goes by fast. The next thing you'll know it, the exams are here.

Sunday is here. Time flies damn fast. Sigh.
Today's mass was like damn wierd without a proper conductor. A little hard to follow the beat, know whether to carry on playing or stop. When to come in, etc.. But either how. It all ended well. No major hiccups.
And for once, I have a free sunday afternoon. And today, it was devoted to.... Doing problems sets for OBC. Man. I sound like some bookworm. Sigh. What to do. Exams coming soon.
Ah... Tmr got exchange programme. Rather jumpy inside. Haha... Can't wait for it..

WASBE Opening
Mmm... Today, NP band played the open for WASBE. Gosh... I was like damn nervous. Sitting at the corner again. Like PnC. Screwed up quite a bit. My moutpiece was like forever wet. No matter how many times i wiped it. And my horn was like full of water but nth came out when i emptied. Darn nervous. I screwed up big time on Memories of Henry Mancini. Parts that I expected to play well was like mispitched. ARGH~ Feel darn bad. Sigh.
Heard the Fu Sing High School after that. They're the band we'll be having an exchange programme with on Monday. And they're super good. Their conductor is a professional in horn... Wah.. Added stress... And it's gonna be such a huge grp that we're splitting into 2 bands. Can't wait for it. It's gonna be interesting though conversing would be a slight problem.
Sigh. Exam break is here. And the exam week will follow soon after. Somehow, I can't seem to get anything into my head. Juz can't memorise all the reactions that occur for OBC, can't recall anything for CBIO. How?! I wish I am still in secondary school when thigns are much easier. Less stressing, less headache. And on top of that, I still have to meet up for projects with the many different groups. AH... School is driving me nuts...
Heard the Fu Sing High School after that. They're the band we'll be having an exchange programme with on Monday. And they're super good. Their conductor is a professional in horn... Wah.. Added stress... And it's gonna be such a huge grp that we're splitting into 2 bands. Can't wait for it. It's gonna be interesting though conversing would be a slight problem.
Sigh. Exam break is here. And the exam week will follow soon after. Somehow, I can't seem to get anything into my head. Juz can't memorise all the reactions that occur for OBC, can't recall anything for CBIO. How?! I wish I am still in secondary school when thigns are much easier. Less stressing, less headache. And on top of that, I still have to meet up for projects with the many different groups. AH... School is driving me nuts...

Carine High School
Hm.. Today had a rather enriching day... The Carine High School from Australia, Perth came to my school and I was invited to play host to them. So it's like after interaction for awhile with them they wanted a tour of the library and they were like so impressed with our library coz it's nothing like theirs back in their hometown.
And then, they had their performance. They had their orchestra, choir followed by their band. The orchestra played one of the piece entitled Go West. It's actually an arrangement from the orginal song Explosive by Bond. It's damn cool lor. The violinist was damn pro. The runs are like not easy and I really take my hat off to him. Though he played a little soft it's still audible. And I tell you, the song is etched in my mind. So much so that I had to get my hands on the recording by Bond. [Thanks Melinda]
Overall, it's damn good lar... Kinda enjoyed myself. After that, went to have lunch at Megabites. Then, had to rush off for Info lessons. And during the submission of the prelim report, Mr Phang said he was rather satisfied... WOOT~ Haha.. Thanks Yi Jin for touching up quite abit. Without it, I don't think he'll be happy.

1 presentation over...
Yay.. finally.. A presentation is over... Gd riddance.. So much work done just for that few minutes of presentation. Pretty sucky huh... And I've got 4 more projects to go....

And who knows what other projects might pop up in btw....

Coz we're performing for the WASBE [World Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles] Opening at the Botanical Garden this saturday, 4.30-7.30. We're not performing throughout though.
